Statement to Customers
Dear client.
This message is from the founder and owner of the tunservice.ru platform, Maksim Vyacheslavovich Masterenko.
In case you have received a letter claiming that tunservice.ru has "come under the control of third parties" and suggesting you switch to another website.
I understand that such letters can be alarming — so I feel obligated to clarify the situation.
What happened
This letter was sent by two of our former employees, who for a long time fulfilled orders "unofficially" using their access to our technology and client base. After being exposed, they decided to start their own business.
Unfortunately, we cannot prevent these people from making such claims, but we can assure you of the following:
- Our platform is, and remains, managed by the same original team. There has been no transfer of control to any "third parties".
- The website tunservice.online is not, and has never been, our official resource. It is a personal initiative of a former employee.
- Your personal data — purchase history, balance, and everything else — remains secure.
- Technical support is still handled by the same team that has been in place for the past three years.

Technical access to the platform remains under the control of our team, so the service will not be shut down.
The rights to the tunservice.ru domain name have belonged to me personally since 2023.
